Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Cauliflower 

Ingredients:
2-4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 head cauliflower, washed and florets separated
Olive oil
Smoked Sweet Paprika
Sea Salt

On a large rimmed cookie sheet place the sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Drizzle enough olive oil to lightly coat the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Toss to combine. Roast in 425 degree turning/tossing vegetables every 10 minutes. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and starting to get a nice golden brown roast on them.
