Ingredients
- ½ of your bag of Kale, washed and stemmed
- 1 large head of garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Then, rub the outside of the garlic with a little olive oil and roast whole for 10-15 minutes. While the garlic is roasting rip the kale into small pieces and place in a warm skillet with olive oil. After about 5 minutes your kale will begin to wilt, turn down to low heat and add your Worcestershire sauce as well as the salt and pepper.
Your garlic should be ready by now. Remove it from the oven and let it cool until you can hold it. Cut off the stem end of the garlic and simply squeeze all of the garlic clove over your now wilted kale. Stir together in the pan until garlic is all incorporated into the kale. Served warm.
