Potato, Apple, and Green Onion Hash

Ingredients:
3 kennebec potatoes
2 apples
1 stalk of green onion
olive oil
salt
pepper

Instructions:
Peel potatoes and shred them using a grater. Steam potatoes for 5 minutes in a steamer until they become tender. Peel, core, and chop apples into bite size cubes. Dice green onion.

In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium high heat. First put in the onion and apple and let it sweat for 5 minutes. Then add the potato and let it cook until it becomes golden brown (about 5-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
