Cowboy Salsa

Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup black beans
1-2 tomatoes, finely diced
3-5 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
1 handful cilantro leaves, minced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced (I like to use a microplane to finely grate garlic into a paste)
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil (avocado is best, but any will do)
1 Tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco/Chalula/Tapito)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all of the ingredients together and serve with Tortilla chips/Frito Scoops
