Made using ingredients from Garden Box delivered May 7, 2015:

  

Ingredients: 

2 small yellow squash, deseeded and chopped

juice from 1 lemon

3 TBS coconut oil

2 TBS garlic, minced

1 tsp of salt and pepper

1/2 c tahini

1 TBS of each: cumin, chili powder and turmeric

1/2 cup almond meal flour

 

Add all ingredients except tahini to a blender.  Mix well before adding in tahini.  Season to taste and pour into a bowl to dip with just about anything!
