Ingredients:

1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 broccoli floret, chopped into fine pieces
1 lime
1 lemon
3 carrots, washed and chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup slivered almonds
4 TBS chia seeds
4 TBS hemp seeds
1/4 cup blueberries
1 inch of peeled and chopped ginger
1/4 cup oil
2 TBS raw honey
2 TBS apple cider vinegar
Recipe:
Place chopped kale, carrots and broccoli into a large bowl.
Squeeze the juice from 1 lime and 1 lemon onto it.
Massage so that each piece is coated.
In a blender, make the dressing by adding ginger, blueberries, oil, honey and apple cider vinegar.
Blend until smooth.
Add the dressing to the kale salad and massage.
Top with avocado, nuts/seeds and any extra blueberries.
