Fresh Kale is a great source of calcium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Wash your kale, remove the Kale leaves from the center stalk, and cut leaves into ½ inch strips. The Stalks are much too crunchy fibrous to eat. Add a small amount of water 2 TBS to a pan and heat over a medium flame. Add the kale for 3 minutes leaving it bright green and tender but not soggy. Set kale aside.
Heat sesame and olive oil in the same pan and saute garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add kale til warm, 1 or 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds. Eat warm or cold.
