Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 kennebec potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
salt
pepper
paprika
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. In a bowl, cover potatoes with olive, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika to your liking. Give every thing a quick toss. Spread seasoned potatoes over an aluminum lined baking pan. Roast for 50 minutes, making sure to flip the potatoes at least once during that time. Serve hot.
