Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayo
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups herb seasoned stuffing
1/3 cup butter (3/4 of stick), melted
Instructions:
Steam broccoli until easily pierced with fork, about 5-6 minutes. Mix together broccoli, cheese, soup, mayo, egg, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a 9″x 9″ square baking dish. Mix stuffing with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
