Kale is one of the best foods you can eat.  Unfortunately, kids (and many adults) don’t always agree.  So, here is a sneaky way to get it into your littles ones’ diets!   Muffins are a vehicle I constantly use to deliver more nutrition to my kids!

2 apples

1/4 cup blueberries

1 cup kale

1 cup flour

1 scoop Vanilla Protein (I used Shaklee Vanilla)

Dash of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375F.  Add all ingredients to a blender and process until it forms a batter-like consistency.

Spray a standard muffin tin and fill 6-8 cups 3/4 way full.  Bake for 15 minutes.
