Ingredients:

1 bunch of fresh Spinach, remove the large part of the stems

Most of the basil from your living basil plant

1 ½ cup grated Parmesan

1 ½ cup olive oil

½  cup of water

¼ cup lemon juice

½ cup pine nuts or chopped walnuts

1 T salt

1 T black pepper

1-2 heads of spring garlic

Directions:

In a food processor add basil, Parmesan, nuts, garlic, salt and pepper. Pulse several times until everything is combined. Then combine the oil, water and lemon juice in a small bowl and while the food processor is running on low speed, pour in the liquids until the mixture becomes very fine and smooth. Pour into a container and let rest in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes before eating.
